Song Lyric Shuffle

These are generally supposed to be done with an iPod or phone or music playing thing, but I'm going to slowly fill this out with Pandora song lyrics. :o

Put any music player on shuffle.
Answer these questions with the first lyric of the song. If the song has no lyrics, skip over to the next one.
1. What do you say when you wake up?
"Never found out why you left him, but this answer begs that question."
2. You’re late to an appointment. You say:
"Tilling my own grave to keep me level."
3. While you’re getting ready, you stub your toe:
"Coming up beyond belief."
4. You just barely make it. You shout:
"Little lights are overexposing the highlight marks on the floor when aligned right."
5. The person next to you looks at you awkwardly and says:
"I don't care if Monday's blue."
6. You respond:
"I wanna be on the front lines."
7. After the appointment, you leave to go to a cafe. You bump into your ex. What do you say?
"It's been a long time since I've seen your smiling face"
8. He/She responds:
"Sometimes life takes you by the hair."
9. You go to order something. What do you say to the cashier?
"So you wanna mess with me?"
10. They get your order wrong. How do you respond?
"When the days are cold."
11. They apologize by saying:
"We have one chance, one chance to get everything right."
12. A random man/woman starts flirting with you by saying:
"Breaking my back just to know your name."
13. You respond:
"Fear and panic in the air."
14. He/She wants to take you out for dinner. You respond:
"Wear the grudge like a crown of negativity."
15. You leave the cafe and bump into an old friend. You greet them with:
"Father, tell me we get what we deserve."
16. You talk with him/her for a little while and leave them by saying:
"I've exposed your lies, baby."
17. As you’re walking away, you accidentally hit someone. They growl:
"The custom concern for the people"
18. You say back:
"We barely remember who or what came before this precious moment."
19. You come across a fortune teller. She tells you:
"You were a child, crawling on your knees toward it."
20. You ignore her. Later to find out her fortune came true. What do you say?
"I didn't want to know."
21. Someone comes over and asks if you’re okay. You respond:
"It's empty in the valley of your heart."
22. You run off to catch the bus. You barely make it. The bus driver looks at you and says:
"It's the common reactor."
23. While you sit down, you get a call. First thing you hear is:

"Well I ain't sure but I been told he's baking cakes inside our souls."
25. You were so busy talking on the phone you missed your stop. You shout:

26. The people around you say:
"Everyone's afraid of their own life."
27. You scurry off the bus and call a friend for a ride. He/She tells you:
"Drowned you out and left you with the sound of spoiled goodnights."
28. Your friend manages to get you a ride home. You thank them by saying:
"Hello, I've waited here for you everlong."
29. You realize you lost your house key. You groan:
"Link it to the world."

"I don't have to leave anymore"
31. It’s been a long day, huh? What are your thoughts?
"It's how the hustle goes"
32. You turn the TV on and hear:
"Black and white are all I see in my infancy."
33. You get sick of the TV and check your email. You read:
"Overcome by your moving temple."
34. Hey, it’s dinner time. You realize there’s nothing to eat in your house:
"Memories consume, like opening the wound."
35. Remember that person who asked you out to dinner? You call them up and say:
"Crazy people know the special place to go when the pressure's on."
36. So now you’re eating dinner. Your date says:
"A boy with a coin he found in the weeds."
37. You respond:
"With your feet in the air and your head on the ground."
38. After dinner, you realize you don’t know who’s paying. What do you think when they don’t offer to pick the check up?

"He don't remember how it got there."
40. So the date is over. You tell him/her:
"Some say the end is near."
41. You go home, full and exhausted. Final thoughts before bed?
"I would swallow my pride."
